Question: Do you breed only Kohaku, Sanke, & Showa, or do you also breed any other varieties?
Yep, I breed Kohaku, Sanke & Showa primarily, but also breed an odd variety or two every year, such as Goshiki, Ki Utsuri, Chagoi, Yamabuki Ogon, Hariwake, Kujaku,... and often have on hand Bekko, Ochiba, Benigoi, Matsuba, Soragoi, Magoi, Kin SHowa, Hajiro, and a few other types.
