A few more photos from the 2 day tosai harvest here  at Lotus Land Koi Farm.  The Kohakus are produced from my own female produced here in NC, and 2 male Kohakus from Japan,... and the Sankes are produced from my own female Sanke and male Sanke born here in NC, and another male Sanke born in Japan.  The Goshiki tosai are produced from my own Lotus Land Koi Farm produced parent set.

The look of the skin and color of these 11.5 month old Koi is a good example of what quality tosai that have not been color enhanced, stunted,  or force finished for quick sale look like.
