It's looking and feeling a little like Fall here in North Carolina. I'll be harvesting my Nisai, or 18 month old Koi around the forst of November,... and will post photos and probably video as well of the harvest. I'll also be harvesting tosai Hariwake then, but will leave tosai Kohakus, Showas and other tosai out in the mud until Spring.
